my bitch was on heat over a month ago and was mated but unfortunetly it was a slip mating so i didnt think she had taken. A month on her nipples do look more pink and swollen but the last couple of days she has had a little blood in her urine. this morning got up and there was a blob of red blood on the floor i wiped her and a little blood was on the tissue im quite worried what could this be? she seems very well and happy in herself!

If there's blood in her urine and she's been out of season for a month now I'd get the vet to see her this morning.  She could have a urinary infection/cistitis which needs treatment.  It could be any number of things and, not having the dog in front of us and us not being vets, we cannot give any advice other than to see your vet.

Definitely the Vets.  Don't want to worry you but my older bitches season had finished about a week when I saw blood and took her immediatley to the Vets. It was a Pyometra. So don't take any chances with her.
