Oh yes he did!
Jack was able to access the table via a chair that I left out........And yes he ate loads off the cake, hem, he has slept a lot and chucked up plenty.
I so hope that is it now. And yes I will be more careful in future.

Well why on earth not!? You all had plenty of cake, so why cant he!? :D

I do hope hes stopped throwing up now bless him. I have a vision of him asleep on his back with his back legs crossed, his front legs begind his head, a party hat on and snoring his head off while his big tummy hangs out :D :D :D

Was it a traditional fruit cake? If so, watch him carefully for signs of poisoning from grapes.

Thanks for that, JG, I was nervous at first.....but he is much better than earlier, drinking plenty and bowels seem okay.
I will continue to watch out though as I was aware of the raisen thing and yes it was a very rich fruit cake!
Doh! I knew there was a reason I wanted to get more of that cake eaten!
