I was bought this book as a xmas pressie & have just finished it & cried my eyes out, it is such a good read made even better by owning a lab myself & being able to sympathise with the owner!  Just wondering if anyone else has read it?

Yes I have it is a great read, although I think the dogs sounds pretty wild and I didn't like the part where the man's friend came to their house from work and to stop it jumping up he kneed it in the chest!!!! maybe its just I don't like to think of dogs trained in a physical way!!!!!!!!

I was given this book as a pressy for xmas too and I dont have labs ...just love dogs sounds like you all enjoyed it so will have to start reading!

Another really good book is meant to be walking olly, anyone read it???

Yes, read it a couple of months ago and it is very funny in places!
