Hi
I was speaking to a neighbour last night when she came round for supper. Her husband is due to come out of hospital soon as he has had a broken back and the hospital have advised them to get rid of there 2 jack russel dogs as they are used to jumping on the furnature etc and the problems the guy has with his back, could happen again if knocked.
She asked me if I knew if her dogs would take to being kenneled in the garden so there excerice and entry to the house could be controlled around her husband. I have no experience about kenneling so couldnt offer her any advice. My only concern is that these two tiny dogs are used to home life and are now three and not sure if dogs would cope with the change from home to kennel life.
Also if they do can anyone recommend advice for kenneling the two tiny ones so I could offer her some support and guidence ie sizes, heating etc. She has been through alot and think getting rid of the dogs would kill her as there so loved.
ANy help would be greatfully appreciated
