how easy are these to do and what magnification is required. Does any one know any good web sites with info about it :)

It takes a little while to get your 'eye' in, but I find it invaluable.    Don't think the magnification is too critical - should think any 'normal' microscope should show the cells adaquately.

Incidentally, the only bitch to ever miss to our stud dog came with a Matetel test -wait to be convinced of this test.

i have a saliva test but i am going to do both of them to make sure, my bitch misses last time :rolleyes:
