My 4 yr old Border terrier has just been diagnosed with a trapped nerve in his neck. He's on steriods for the pain and restricted exercise and seems to be making some progress. However I would like to find some complementary therapy for him (massage etc). We live in east Kent and I'm finding it difficult to find anyone who does this. Does anyone know of a practitioner in this area?

Stuart McGregor trains human Osteopaths to work on animals.  If you contact his practice, they should be able to put you in touch with one in your area.  If it's a trapped nerve, they'll fix it. :)
