Only certain classes at Championship Shows are qualifiers; in most breeds those are Minor Puppy, Puppy, Junior, Post Graduate, Limit, Open and Veteran. I think the last Champ Show is LKA, but there may be a couple of Premier Open Shows later where BIS (and BPIS?) qualifies too.
LKA is the last all breed champ show. (I think Boston is now the first isn't it?)
You could also qualify at a premier open show (Luton and Coventry Ladies) come to mind where certain breeds going BOB can qualify (breeds will be listed in scheduale). Also any open shows up to the closing date BIS and BPIS qualify
There is alot to take in and you always learn more. After being in showing over 12 years seriously from a young age (6) I've learnt alot and still I am learning. And when you younger it's ment to be easier to learn
At the champ show CC's have to be on offer (unless a rare breed that doesn't get CC's.)
At a premier open show the breed has to have 4 or more classes (5 or more if Stud Band E) so in other words the judge would have to come off the Judging B list. Then the BOB winner can qualify.
CC's arn't awarded at open shows. Only at Champ Shows :)
