I might be able to get some from work, because I think there is a huge one somewhere off a dog's tail. I think they are formed in the same way knots in your hair would if you didnt brush it-just the hair getting tangled together and then getting knotted and then more hair going in the clump.

do you mean matts that you wouldnt want or corded dogs - like hungarian pulis, komondors etc
