My partner sold a pup ( Bulldog ) back in August and we could not find the paperwork for him anywhere as we had just moved house, so we wrote a letter to the KC with a cheque for a new set of paperwork stating pups name number etc Heard nothing then out of the blue in mid September we get a 5 generation pedigree for one of our old dogs that died 5 years ago, so we sent that back with a covering letter explaning their mistake and again requesting the right paperwork.
In the meantime the cheque has been cashed!!!
Still heard nothing , we are now in october my partner has emailed tham twice and they have not replied.

Will they ever get it right, after all they have got our money.

I'd try phoning them and actually speaking to someone. :)

Ring them they are really helpful whenever I have rung with quite complex problems-lol they did send me out of the blue a five generation KC pedigree for Rjj for some reason in August Not that I am complaining but I've never asked or paid for one as I have a certified ISDS pedigree for him !

Trouble is they will not speak to me about it as it is not my puppy and my partner has just flown to Jamacia to work.
He will not be back for 3 weeks.
