Silly question but my dogs have been eatting burns puppy food and as i had a litter of pups and this food was left over. i ran out of burns puppy and i brought a sack of Dr johns blue as this was all my local farm shop had in and OMG how much do they poo. Think im going to buy burns adult but thought i would ask on here first witch food didnt make dogs poo alot!!!!!!!

i would personally say food with less grain, as this is not very digestable and therefore the dog gets rid of more.

YUP

Dr Johns always produced loads of poo with my dogs, I feed Burns and there's far less poo and it's more, um, solid :) the dogs are in better condition too :)

My bro feeds DR Johns, his dogs look great on it but they do poo loads :(  he doesn't mind tho as his dogs are MUCH bigger than mine and Burns would cost him a fortune ;)

lol, tell me about it.

Our rottie was on Burns for a while and OMG what a poop factory.

Thankfully I switched to BARF a couple years back and they poop far less. Its much easier to pick up and smells less too. However, I was reminded by how much dogs on compete foods poop as I worked for the RSPCA for a while, helping in their kennel blocks - it stank, there was loads, it was horrid!
