Can any one tell me if the big orange fruits produced are edible?
We planted a passion flower just this year and have been amazed by the growth and spread, now the huge ammount of fruits!
just wondered if you did any thing with them.

I remember Passiflora on the information thingy, but I thought that was just the latin for passion flower.
It is quite a common blue /purple flower.

Our dog has pinched a few of the fallen fruits and eaten them with no ill effect - some varieties are edible but not all. I haven't got a clue which is which and even though the dog has enjoyed a couple I am   not going to try them myself. :)

We have this climber plant on our back fence & I hate it, it flowers like mad & they look like eyes when they are in bloom, scary!! The birds seem to love them when they go to fruit though, not sure I'd wanna eat them! yuk!

I understand that the fruit is not poisonous but is pretty tasteless
