I know that 5 wins in PG at a champ show moves you up to Limit, but do those 5 wins have to be won at champ shows where tickets have been offerred for the breed or is it 5 wins at any champ show? (as long as they have been won in breed classes of course)?

Only wins where challenge certificates are on offer count - unless it's a variety class in which case both breed and variety classes count.
