Fennec foxes are a different species to European foxes. I see the prices are in dollars - it seems you can buy any at risk species in North America. It seems they have different rules about such things.

I guess, but I still think that since Fennec is actually an exotic animal, they should be a little bit more strict, not just selling litters randomly like that......

They can't be real red squirrels can they? I thought they were only native to britain, and they're nearly being wiped out by the greys. I can't believe they can do this, they have no thought or respect for the animals at all

Mayvis, Red squirrels aren't native to britain, I was living in Belgium and they were more common there than a grey squirrel....

Did anyone see the episode of animal airport with the fenec foxes? Someone in this country had bought them from the states but they were noticed at Heathrow and confiscated, they are now living happily in a zoo.
