Well after several years of being stuffed in the loft,I thought i'd dig out my Hinari Homebaker(bread machine)and have a go at making bread again, used to do so years ago,but just got out of the habit,
so bought all the ingredients, shoved them all in,now what, have totally gone blank, how the heck do I use it,I cannot for love nor money find the instruction manual, how long do I set it for,am trying to make a cinnamon and raisin loaf,as I thought it would be lovely toasted with butter, yeah knickers to the diet today, hve sort of set it for three and half hours from start to finish,so thats kneading ,rising etc,its doen all that, but does not seem very warm to the touch, the outside of machine, that is,is it cooking,it has risen to the point where its touching the glass panel at the top, ooer,I can feel an explosion coming on,
any clues all you fantastic wonder women out there, that know about this stuff

Hi Karen,
have already e-mailed them and sent them a cheque,
but uuum well I got carried away and wanted to make bread today,
so I think I have, well sort off,one end looks really promising the other looks as if it has imploded,,the outside feels wonderful really crusty, but am scared to cut into it,as I know its telling me lies, and the inside is going to be a disaster,
thank you for answering though

I have a Panasonic, which is absolutely brilliant.   The time from start to finish is four hours, if that helps.

well I made two loaves by trial and error, one herby onion loaf, and one raisin and currant one,I did my settings for 3 hours and forty five mins,i SUPPOSE THE HERBY ONE COULD HAVE DONE WITH THE EXTRA FIFTEEN MINUTES,BUT THE CURRANT ONE WAS LOVELYoops sorry about writing,
thanks ever so,for replying though
