have you tried approaching a local butcher??????  we get our carcasses and wings and offcuts of meat from a butcher and it costs next to nothing.

do you know if you have to get a minimum order form redcastles??????  i was looking at their list the other day. i would really just be after meat for during the working season in the winter.

Hi Caileag, there is no minimum delivery as such but delivery is free over £35 a nd the prices go down the more you order. For example a pound of minced tripe goes from 42p if you bought 20lb down to 32p if you took 300lb. Call them for a price list 01382 380621
