Hello
I have a litter of 7 they are 5 weeks old their Mum is not so keen on feeding them now.  She will go in on odd ocassions but stands to let them feed.  They are taking puppy poridge and scrambled egg very well and are very lively. She does not sleep with them, last night was the first night that she didn't because on Monday night she cried and whined to be let out.  Is this okay she is very attentive through the day if they cry she runs to see what's up.

Sounds normal to me-some bitches get fed up with their puppies a lot earlier & some never tire of them at all

By 5 weeks they really need more than just scrambled egg and puppy porridge,  by that age mine would have 4 or 5 meals a day of complete puppy food. :)

Sorry if I gave the impression that my puppies were only getting scrambled egg and porridge.  They are getting 4 meals a day 2 milky ones and 2 meaty ones.
