Hello

My husband has been away in India for over 3 weeks now, on a training course as it is cheaper over there than over here (UK). Only got a week left but in the meantime my inlaws have also been away on holiday so as well as running the house,the bills, working (neighbours keeping eyes on dogs while at work) and keeping an eye on his nan, I have got very short tempered. On top of things I have now caught a nasty bug and feel sooooooooo tired and cold.

Thing is, I have been yelling at the dogs quite a bit and feel really bad about it. I still give them plenty of cuddles and stuff but the youngest is 10 months old so is like a terrible two in child terms!

Am I bad? or is it just things getting to me?

He's in Shimla, Himalayan mountains, doing an MCSE. (Computer engineering.) We've had a rough time lately, his one nan took seriously ill and died and he walked out of job as it was one thing after another, and then his boss wasn't sure he would let hubby have the time off for the funeral. He is lloking to start up his own business and the chance of this course came up.........so there he is!

Now my lot are asleep looking like angels.grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

He will be home next week...........expecting his conjugal rights and I'll be off to bed (for a good rest!)with instructions on how to use the washing machine :rolleyes:

You sound like you have a lot on your plate, dont be too hard on yourself.  Just try to rest as much as you can, easier said than done I know.  But if you dont you will make yourself really ill. (((((HUGS)))))))

Thank you! I went back to work today and feel much better. Hubby will be home thjis time next week so rather than wear myself out doing housework he won't even notice, I will gently be yanked down the road by the dogs and wash rubbish on tv!

They are all little darlings today..............mind you I did find one of my socks in their basket, so not too sure when they pinched that!

Give it a week of him being back and I'll be wishing he'd go away again! LOL
