These have just been put on Higham, here

Good luck everyone including kernaghan, satincollie, universalady, missie, leomad etc. Do come over if you have a chance. I'm in ring 13 (unlucky for some)

Leeds entries are also now online at http://www.highampress.co.uk/lds_info.htm

Malinois entries are nice and catching the Groen and Terv ones up fast.  Seems entries in Tervs adn Groenendael are not what they were in late 80's early 90's.

Unfortunately the Tervueren entries this last couple of years have been dreadful Barbara :(   Groenendaels are picking up again after many exhibitors lost interest during the amalgamation of the varieties - neither of the shows above have drawn an entry which is representative of the dogs currently being shown (as evidenced by Crufts and Club shows for eg when double or more those figures are shown).

Fair play to the dedicated Malinois owners who have travelled the length and breadth of the country to support classes for years - it's paid off with increased interest in the variety and consequently increased numbers in the ring.

Surprising that the Group show has had poor entries (unless it is an unpopular judge) as our Group show is usually only outnumbered by our club show, and  Crufts, but often the Houndshow entry is better.

Typical, we have the highest no. of entries!! That'll be fun then, well, Frank Kane is judging our breed, at least it'll be interesting to watch

Sadly though it's now already got to the stage where the shows with tickets are supported and not the rest -look at the SWKA where there were a total entry of TWO! :( Of course, I can see why -the extra cost! We've not been used to it.  I've just done my Darlington entry and for 2 dogs, car park etc it came to £51.

It is going to inevitably cut the entries at non ticket or open shows if you want to keep your entry expenditure about the same.  The difference for first entries is about £6 - £8 a dog, so a big difference.
