We are changing our ISP and I am trying to put my new email address on my profile. I have tried logging in, going to options, typing in my new email address, pressing the change button then logging out. But when I log in again its gone back to my original email address HELP!
from what I can make out I think you need to get a confirmation email from champdogs... this may have a link or something in it for you to verify (don't quote me on that though!!)
Changing your email address will generate a new password. That will be sent to you new email address. When you receive it, you need to login with those details. The system is automated and instant, but check your spam filters and your junk email folder if you do not receive the new password
