As some of you will know I do a bit of dancing at a local group - mainly to keep fit as it is great exercise and I love it. I mainly do street dancing but have dabbled a little in break dancing and can now spin very slowly on my head, do handstands, balance people on my back and shoulders etc.

Well, my dance teacher rung me the other night to see if I wanted to dance in this competition they have running in August. Not sure how to do links but this is the address:

Wow that sounds brilliant!  You must be very athletic :) what a great way to stay fit.  Have you trained your dog to do it alongside yet, maybe something new for Crufts ;)

LOL, Im not fit at all - good incentive to be fit though! I dont own a dog - Ive got a horse though, maybe I can get him to headspin at the side of me. I've learnt him how to say please so anything is possible!!

My friend got me hooked, I only ever look at foo and idle chat but I think its great. Its like a little community where people seem to really care (whether its a front????) plus sometimes its just nice to get things off your chest without others judging you! :rolleyes:

Well, Im trying to spin fast on my head. I want to do what ice skaters do where they pick up speed but on my head...when I can do that Im going to attach sparklers to my trainers to sparkle as I go round! Ahh dreams are so nice first thing in a morning!
