come on goldengirl where is your brag ????????

I met goldengirl and her gorgeous newfie pup at a companion show at the weekend, where she took best puppy in show !!!!!  Well done there was some real stiff competition there especially in the puppy class. 

We didnt do too bad, Alf got a 2nd in a HUGE sporting class and Fagan got a 3rd in a not so large open class.  Alf also got a 5th in the "openers" obedience which I was extremely please with especially after the judge told me that setters were just "pretty" dogs and I should expect too much of them

The judge certainly knew what she liked, the final line up for best in show consisted of 2 Irish Setters (we were well represented there !!) and two newfoundlands not bad for a bull terrier judge :p

Many thanks Claire, It has been over a year now that we've managed to keep missing each other at these shows but very nice to have finally met you and your wonderful dogs.

Well done with the obedience, I was watching and you both looked like pro's.

I was so proud of Megan, she done really well.
