Hi I have a Pyrenean Mountain Dog called Murphy.Soft as putty and as daft as a brush. We all love him to bits save his one failing . If we go out he will completely trash the place and pooh and pee every where. He is fine and perfectly well house trained during the day and night just so long as he is with people ! We have never let him up stairs so at night time he has either gone in the pound or been tied up to a table leg (very big table and strong chain!) He does prefer to be indoors so on the whole he is tied up in the kitchen at night. He is now one year old but if left alone still poos and pees and destroys . Will getting him a friend in the form of another dog help ?? He also has a thing about pooing and peeing in this one room where a friend stayed once with his entire male dog (German Pointer) even though its been a good few months since the dog was in there (the dog never soiled in there) Murphy will poo and pee if he sneeks in and no one knows ! (its a big house with lots of rooms so this is quite easy for a large white dog to do sadly!)
