Did you all miss me? It was HORRIBLE! My phone line stopped working on the 8th of June and it wasn't until yesterday almost a fortnight later that BT fixed it! I was getting serious withdrawal symptoms! Millions of mails to catch up on, didn't even dare look in to CD until today.........

Welcome back :), sounds like you have alot of catching up to do :D

Welcome back Marianne :P   I had a couple of days with a fault and practically dragged the engineer out of his van when he arrived LOL - certainly couldn't have lasted as long as you :D

Yes!!!!!!!! I missed you!!!!!!!
(evidence is on Lucy's thread 'anyone watching the football'...... I was calling for you! defending Sweden against this lot with their white sticks, trying to tell me Frank Lampard (who?????) was better looking than the lovely Ljynberg and Edmund!!)

Welcome back..phew!! :D

:D :D People with no taste, LOL! I upset all the neighbours last night putting a Swedish flag in my window!

We didn't even get an engineer until yesterday. I decided the night before that once he was here, he would NOT leave the house until the fault was fixed -I'd hold him hostage with the dogs LOL! :D

Welcome back! thought maybe those puppies had taken over and were forcing you to make endless batches of dog treats for them ;-)
How are they doing by the way? and have you moved yet??? (I hope that's why your line was down)

Well they ARE kind of taking over......... In fact tale here for anyone thinking it's so easy to find homes! I had 10 people interested, really good people. I have ended up with just THREE buyers. Yes 3. It didn't help that the breeder of my bitch decided to breed one final litter (she had decided to retire so wasn't going to breed again) and she mated my girl's litter sister to the SAME dog so exact same pedigree, and all of a sudden several of my buyers had abandoned me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming anyone -these things happen and for some it was a case of the other person living 200 miles closer to them than me! Understandable! But I now have two pups unsold and not a buyer in sight so at the moment it looks like I'll be keeping three pups which TERRIFIES me! 2 if I must, okay I can do it, but 3......... AAARRRGGGHH!!! Such a VERY demanding breed as well. They are 8 weeks old now and in fact we're just off to the vets now for first vaccinations.

Still no move in sight, still waiting for that last piece of paper....!!!

Welcome back Marianne - hope that you've finally caught up on all the 'gossip'.

As for the pups - have you tried Margy P ? - she holds the puppy list and may well know of folk looking for a Mali - also we have our Champ show coming up - pass the word that you have some pups available and you may find suitable - experienced ! - owners that way. Best of luck - they certainly are hard work at this stage.

Hope that elusive bit of paper comes through too !

I haven't done Margy yet, will do -I think most people do know about them though with the jungle drums LOL.

I quite enjoyed our vet visit today for vaccinations, the vet was so impressed with them he even confessed to having wanted one had his wife let him!

Sorry to hear about the move. How long can it take to do some paperwork! You must be pulling your hair out. I hope it's sorted soon.

Milo is pouting - he wants one of your puppies but I told him that 14 months is too young to be a responsible role model
- By Goldmali Date 23.06.06 17:50 UTC
It's ridiculous. Too many people involved and in total 4 solicitors!!

One of my pups has just gone this afternoon (one that already was booked, no new buyers in sight) and I am chuffed to bits as I found out he is going to be a Search & Rescue dog! :D :D
- By Lori Date 23.06.06 19:57 UTC
Oh how fun for him! Dogs with jobs that are well looked after are very lucky indeed. Mine would be happy to work ALL day if allowed.
