Hi all,
Just a quick question, i know the Junior Warrant has to be earned by 18 months but how is it actually earned.  Also could anyone please be good enough to explain also how to get the SHCM award, i,ve had it explained to me before but it didnt sink in LOL.   Many thanks in advance.
