I'm soooo jealous, especially as I'm in touch with someone in Sweden for a possible pup in a year or two :d

Have a great time.  Ohhh, if there are any Pomeranian's that look nice, get some details for us, may import two dogs at the same time!

not been to sweden before first time, but i did go to the world winners show in 2002 and there where i found torsten the fcr dog that i bought over to show and mate to my bitch,he did well while he was here 1cc 1 rcc,1 rbis.1 group win and lots of bob at openshow all in 6 months stay.

at the same time at the world show we saw almanza roundabout win BOB and the group there.i fall in love with him then. know he over in the uk to stay with a top show person and judge.he has done very well  in the uk he has been made up as a shch.

then i hope to go to the world winners show in poland in nov.

while i was that the ww show in 2002 i show torsten as while i did know this dog untill the owner ask if i would show him which i did got excellent then 3rd so that was the first time i showed a dog aboard totaly differentfrom here

Hope you'll enjoy it briedog. Be prepared for the fact that everything is a lot more expensive in Sweden than here! :)

The Almanza kennel certainly have had a large number of superb dogs over the years.

I envy you as well!! ;) I have a question though. How do you transport dogs from UK? I heard that you can only fly them with cargo. Everywhere around Europe we can get them on the same plane as us, but from or to UK you can only transport him with cargo planes.........

No that is not correct. TO the UK they cannot always be in the cabin with you, but FROM the UK they can. It is perfectly possible to fly to Sweden with an animal on the seat next to you -I have done.

Oh that is great. I got the wrong information then  ....... what's the weight/size limit of a dog that can fly with you in a cabin? I reckon my 1,8kg Chi would be fine as long as he's in his traveling box.....
