I am not sure if this is the right place for this, if it isn't then SORRY!
Once again Andy Brown and his fantastic (scabby ;-) ) Groenendael Skye (Heidron Chasing Stormy Skye) are Individual World Champions. I know most of you on here don't do agility but this is one hell of an achievement for a fairly young dog. Skye is only 3 and this is the second time he has done this at only his second world champs. Last year Great Britain also won the team Gold.
What an absolute star, I am sooooo chuffed, I knew he could do it.
:-D :-D :-D

I was hoping you knew! :-D I have to say I have a rather large soft spot for Skye and if I ever changed breeds it would have to be one of his offspring, he really is lovely :-D :-D What makes it even better is that this is (I believe) the only WC that GB has in agility and it isn't a collie, the dog just keeps getting better and better, he had his first win towards advanced last Saturday before flying out on Monday, must have been a good omen :-D :-D
I've just read it on the BSD forum too! :D
I think it's wonderful. I don't know Skye or Andy but keep an eye on anything BSD and love to see that bond between Belgian and owner as they fly round.
Last year my girl's litter brother Jazz (Coleta Hocus Pocus) was part of the team too :)

I train with Andy and his wife Helen and they are fantastic trainers and VERY nice people too. Skye is a lovely dog, I really like him and I know that Andy has a soft spot for one of my (scabby) collies ;-) The dog is incredible, he is so neat and so consistent but then Andy is a very good handler, they suit each other, I am soooo chuffed (can you tell?) LOL

Sorry - this is a bit off-topic I know - but what is the BSD forum? Is it part of Champdogs? Is there one for all the different breeds? How do I get to it?
Thanks in advance!

No it's not part of Champdogs but is run by the Belgian shepherd Dog Association- I get all the posts via my e-mail not sure if its' the same for every one else though.
