My puppy came home last Sunday - I would have posted sooner but I've had my hands full :D
He's so lovely, but hard work! I was expecting him to be hard work but I don't think anything could prepare me! He had me up in the night for the first few nights but he's getting better - last night he slept from 11.30pm - 6.30am and then after I took him out to do his business he settled down for a nap so I could catch up on some more sleep!
Housetraining isn't really getting anywhere at the moment but at least I'm getting better at spotting the signs and getting him outside! He went in his crate twice but he hasn't done that for a few days.
He is getting better about being left alone and no longer cries if we leave the room for a few minutes. I caught him this morning happily playing in the garden on his own :D Holly doesn't like him because she doesn't like puppies, but they are getting better. She just ignores him usually but I have caught her trying to play with him.
He is a bit fussy about eating - he gets distracted quickly and I have to keep reminding him that his bowl is there! I will try to get more strict about this soon as I don't want to end up with a fussy dog. Tollers are usually food mad!
He has learnt to sit and I'm sure he knows "come" but it all depends on whether what he's doing is more interesting! I am working on training "stand" because he will be shown. I am going to join training classes once he's had his vaccinations (first one next Friday) and I already have one lined up. I'm still trying to find a ringcraft class.
He is used to wearing a collar now but the lead is just a tug toy to him :D
He has met loads of people already - mainly my sister's friends (so kids) and various neighbours. He loves them all and especially loves chewing their trousers :D
The most damage he has done so far is chewing my camera cable but that was my fault. The cable is very temperamental now and only works when it wants to, so there might not be any new photos for a while!

Lovely to hear your news, Bekki :) I'm glad that Felix is settling in well :) I just love Toller pups (friends have lots) - they are such handfuls, you will need your sleep :D :D Our friend's youngest is just starting to learn sheep herding :D

           Glad all is well with Felix......

Louise picked his brother Logan up last Saturday and he is beautiful......

He has already made himself at home, and has been around every day to play with my aussies......
They love him..... He has been hurtling himself around the back patio today in the sunshine....... :D

He has already escaped from his puppy pen this week while Louise was at work and caused chaos...... I would think he is going to be another Toller challenge for her, but she will thrive on it I am sure.......

Logan sounds like he's getting on well :) I remember him at 4 and 6 weeks and he was lovely.
Someone we know has just got 2 crossbreed puppies (:rolleyes:) so hopefully I will be able to take Felix to play with them. He tries to play with Holly but she just growls - I don't want it affecting how he is with other dogs. I am going to ask if the vet runs puppy parties or something.
He is currently fast asleep at my feet, lying on his back :D
