no shows today going of to support my son in the london marathon he running for mace.this is first marathon.packing a bag of goods for him when he finshes.

Good luck to him. It's something I always fancied doing but never had the guts to have a go! I'm full of admiration for people who do it. :)

we just got back home we had a good place to watch him come in a 1/4 mile away from the finshes line.good whose that got in first didnt look out of breath.

we saw him run he look goog meet up at the horse guard pardaid.it was so well run.everyone was fun and enjoying in the fun.

he did in 4 hours 15 mins and said he never do it again. running a hot bath for him,
