Could any one pleases give me some advice.  My bitch is on her first season.  Yesterday and today off her food not drinking much,  and has got diahroeah.  Yesterday I gave her toast with a scraping of marg on.  She is not being sick or anything a bit out of sorts but is this due to her season or upset stomach. Yesterday I got her to drink weak tea with skimmed milk,  but today no way.

If she's not drinking I would get her to the vets rapid.  The marg and skimmed milk won't be helping her stomach in any way so I would knock those on the head too.

Thanks Debs,  in the past hour she has had a little drink of water.  Do you think this is nothing to do with her in season then.  I have got an appointment for tonight with the vet. I know if I cook her some chicken breast she will eat it.  If  she wasn't in season then I would of starved her for 24 hours, because of her upset stomach but because she is in season thought that the reason so gave her cooked beef our food she will eat.  She is 8 months and I feel so sorry for her at the moment.  Our vet is not very helpfull over phone just says bring her down.
