Well I have to say.....much as it grieves me as I'm only usually ever bemoaning the fact that they take my money....I am very impressed with the KC today!

We recently experienced some problems when registering our kennel name and the KC took on board our decision to revoke our application for this particular affix.  Today, a beautiful hardback book has arrived in the post as a gesture of goodwill from the KC and by way of an apology over recent events.

Hats off to their public relations efforts - although a year's free show entries might have been more useful!

Debs, they can be excellent. I have a close friend and a couple of good distnat pals who work for them, and have visited several times and they cannot do enough for you! The problem comes when their hands are tied or the *management* whack up the financial front and it is the frontline staff who take the fallout!
