brie my fcr has lost two litters, and she has seasons very 4 to 3 1/2 months at the moment i just found her digging up behind the kennel which it 9 weeks after her season so yes she having a phyatom,

so when is it best to have her spayed now or in a couple of weeks to let  it all settle down again before she comes into season again,

You can't have her spayed now if she's having a phantom - you'll need to wait until it's settled down before they can go ahead.  I would think if she's having a season every 3 1/2 to 4 months then the vet may want to wait until after her next season and do it a few weeks after her season has finished as it sounds like you'll be lucky if there's any time in between her phantom finishing and her next season starting.  Your best bet is to have a word with your vet.

Or maybe in 2 months time, at least then you've got a bit of space, wouldn't do it in 2 weeks time.
