Well, it looks like the docking ban is in. From what I could understand (not much) from watching the Animal Welfare Debate, an all out docking ban was missed by just 11 votes. Working dogs can be docked, BUT, docked dogs will NOT be allowed to be shown. It seems it is all over bar the shouting now.
