No you can't as its obvious (well pretty certain) she'd pick you out as you are showing her type :D
I guess you could enter NFC and still go if you wanted to see the breeder etc.
It's againt Kennel Club rules to show under the breeder.
You could just go for the day out though.

will probably go for the day out any way. Was just starting to pick shows for the year and that one looked good for us. Then I saw the judges name and well the rest you know :-)

Can't you show under your Breeder after a year has passed?? Maybe I'm having an ermmm...senior moment! LOL :D :D :D

You can't ever enter under the breeder of your dog in a breed class. But if they are not judging your breed you can enter.
You cannot enter the AV classes if the breeder is judging the breed classes as you have to enter the breed classes as well unless there is no puppy class for your breed & you have a puppy

Just curious, but what if there is a change of judge? I thought you could still show under them then (obviously you would have entered under a different judge). It's not something I would ever do though - I personally would pull out.
Can't you show under your Breeder after a year has passed?? There USED to be such a rule, but not for a good few years now.
This is why we had a good proportion of the normally shown Malinois missing at Crufts -the breeder of them was judging. :)

Ahh thanks Marianne, long as I'm not totally senile!!! LOL Suppose if I wasn't lazy I could have checked me little red book! LOL

Is there an AV class for your group?
NOT ANVSC though.
You can't enter AV classes if you have breed classes.
You have to go in the breed class before entering AV's
only exception is if there's no puppy breed class or if you have a veteran..

Roni
No - you can show under the breeder of the stud dog :)
Why did you delete your question

have put it back just wanted to change it slightly though it sounded a little odd...thanks for your reply
~Roni

one of my girls breeders is judging at leeds .
One of her stud dogs is the father of my other bitch who I show regularily would it be frowned upon for me to enter the champ show.

No Roni, you go for it. There is no rule against exhibiting under the owner or breeder of your dogs father.
You can't show under the breeder and you can't show under anyone that has handled your dog for you until 12 months has elapsed, but you're OK with the stud dog owner.
Dawn R.

thanks :)
