Have just come back from a twenty minute outing to local park to introduce our two to son's new 7m month pup. It was wet and very muddy but the only time we could do it today.
As we squidged our way back into the house I suddenly flashed on the machine in 'A Close Shave'; couldn't someone invent one for dogs? Just shove 'em in, set it for 'lightly soiled', 'heavy load' or whatever and just wait for a washed, dried and groomed dog at the end? Is it too much to ask??
Oh well, back to the scrubbing, Cinders...
Thanks, Huskygal but I was hoping for a domestic version - you know, 'I'll just put the dogs on a quick wash while I run round with the hoover'.
I just don't believe the answer to which is dearest to raise, kids or dogs - dogs don't usually need help with deposits for buying a house for a start and neither are my two (dogs) remotely interested in designer gear. (Though if I keep letting them watch all the dog programmes currently on the telly this may well change...)
Thanks for taking an interest,
Cinders
(By coincidence I have recently changed my hair style of many years from short and butch to longish and girly. Fourteen year old grandson: 'Grandma, you know who look like now? (Madonna? Catherine Zeta-Jones??) Wendoline off 'A Close Shave'. Kids! Doncha just love 'em?)
