anyone entered crufts online and its failed? I was eagerly anticipating my pass for my Lab and now awaiting to see why the online entry didnt work

You usually get an e.mail confirmation at the time of entering online. Then another confirmation for your payment.

I thought I had I printed it out but cant find it just gone through all my emails the annoying thing is that I filled in the entry form to post just thought it would be more convenient online :( wont do that again will I  been praying she kept her coat and she looks great.
oh well will be there will rescue stall so would like to meet anyone who wants to pop over to lab ring

You get two e mails when entering online one to say the transaction(money)has been done & the other a copy of the entry form & you should be able to go onto the site that you entered on & see your entry I always do that & have never had any problems

Have you emailed or phoned Fosse? I enter most champ shows online and had a problem once when I didn't fill in my email address properley so they sent out the prrof but I didn't get it. A quick phone call, helpful lady and it was all sorted out.

surely with a show as important as crufts some kind of failure to enter email should have been generated like with other online purcheses I have somewhere here the printout I did bvut with it being christmas time assumed thats why i hadnt got a receipt i will know next time wont I ?

It's unfortunate, but it does say that you will receive an email confirming your entry.  It's no different from ordering something online and receiving an email confirming the order.

If you try to buy somethng online and pay for it and your card or  detiais whatever ,doesnt work you receive an email telling you its been declined or similar there was no reason my card would have not been good I also printed out the page but sadly cant put my hands on it no doubt it will turn up too late.
I started showing dogs in 1983  and apart from turning up at a show once with the wrong dog nothing like this has ever happened before,Ive not had a dog nice enough  to show for some years and  this one has been doing ok all my dog entries bar  the breed clubs  have been done on line this year .
Anyway never mind it wont happen again its been a good lesson :) but sad as well :(
