Topic Dog Boards / General / Double ended trigger hook

What it says in the subject ... literally, two trigger hooks (as on dog leads) joined by a one inch or so bar in the middle. I was hoping I might be able to buy one of these at Crufts, does anybody know of any specific stalls that might sell them?

Having searched on Google, they seem to come under sledding/mushing type equipment ... and also some other rather less savoury sites where I really don't wish to think of how they might be used LOL.

I get mine made for me, a saddler will do them for you, out of leather or, as I like them, made from webbing/rubber as in reins or the sticky stuff, great for walking two dogs as I  only need one lead.  Most of the big leather stands will have them, I prefer the webbing/rubber as unlike leather, it does not get slippery when wet! :D

oops sorry  just read that you do not want a lead, but just a bar, again a saddler will do this for you no probs.

Thanks Tohme, but it's literally just the metal bit I'm after. Louise has kindly helped me out, so I'm sorted.
