Could somebody please tell us more on how to start showing we have looked up ringcrafts club which is very close to us but could somebody tell us what goes on there? if they have to have obiedence classes first ? any information would be great

At the ringcraft classes I've taken my dogs to we don't do obedience first, but can start as soon as the pup's completed its jabs, and any age after that. It's very much a socialisation class as much as anything, getting pups used to being touched by strangers and moving confidently amongst other dogs of all shapes and sizes.

We went to our first ringcraft last week never shown before. Everyone was friendly and helpful. :) Samson is 3months so to begin with we had to walk round hall meeting all the breeds from large to small .  It was great for socialising him. Then we stood in the ring for teacher to go over him teeth body ect. We were told not to expect to much for his first couple of classes just to let him get use to the enviroment. He did have fun played with a few puppies and we managed to do a triangle and up and down walk So were going just for fun :)
