My son has a nokia n-gage and we have the usb lead for it. But I have tried and tried to send things from the pc to the phone, and I can't figure out how in the world to do it.

I tried right clicking on the file and going to send to. Which we know the usb device is I: and i can view all the things I have sent to I: but for some reason we can't get them to go to the phone its self.

Tried taking memory card out of the phone and putting it in the card reader in the hope that I could drag and drop the files into that, but when I do that it doesn't show up (memory card).

Can someone with more knowledge tell me what I am doing wrong please.

i don't have a clue to be honest, but if you get no joy, what about trying emailing nokia about the problem?
