:cool:Hi, me again. I have been up all night with Roxy who is on day 58/60 of pregnancy. She has become very restless and keeps just standing still for ten minutes or so just staring. She has been doing this all night. I have been lying down with her and trying to comfort her to help her sleep but she seems to be unable to breath properly it is very quick and shallow when she is lying down. Would this be why she is standing most of the time. She just walked in and out of the bedrooms what seemed to be all night. She has been out this morning to the loo but has now gone back to bed and is fast asleep and her breathing seems to be fine. Does this all sound perfectly normal. I have read through loads of posts and have seen similar situations but its mainly the quick and shallow breathing last night that freaked me a bit. Perhaps the pups are alot more active at night. Just some reassurance please. Thanks. Louise

Sounds like she's getting ready and maybe on her last big sleep before the arrivals :d  Hope all's OK,  Keep an eye on her and any worries just phone your vets, without being there no-one can really tell from a few words on an internet site whether it's normal or not.

Hi

My bitch was like that for 3 days before she started to deliver.
