I'm interested in getting a Gentle Leader for my puppy, but am at a bit of a loss which one to get. She's a golden retriever (14 wks) so do I buy one designed for a little dog and then another one for  large dog when she gets a little older? It doesn't give any guideance on the web site...

get one for a large dog and you can make it smaller as it wont be long before you need it bigger.

I'd suggest you get a Gencom All in One, which works pretty much the same as a Gentle Leader, except it is "one size fits all" so you won't need to buy another one.
