International Champion is an 'official' FCI title, a dog has to win so many CACIBs in so many different countries - I think it is 4 in 3, there are also age limites as well, must be over a certain age to be able to win a CACIB.  Multi Ch is just a 'journalist' term that has crept in for a dog what is a champion in quite a few countries - saves writing them all out.
