Out walking our dogs this afternoon we were approached by a cute bundle of brown fluff, I said to my OH "you'd never think that was a poodle would you?" to which he replied "it can't be the hair is too long". Well it was definitely a poodle and very very hairy, looking all the more bedraggled as our poodle had just arrived back from the groomers. Anyway, as my grandon (3) went running off to play on the swings a woman approached me asking if the yorkie and apricot poodle were mine, I said yes and she said "do you want my dog?" erm... "what?!" apparently it was 9 months old and she thought it was very hard to look after! I told her she should really take it back to her breeder (Thank you CD) but she wasn't interested just said she wanted it gone, with that my grandson fell over and by the time I'd dealt with him she was gone :( I've been having attack of the guilts all evening, I'm going back to the park at the same time tomorrow to see if she is there again as she had a couple of children from the local school (knew their school colours) and a youngster of about 2 with a 'boob tube' type dress on with no coat on!! Infuriating or what...
Anyway, yes I'm an insomniac ;) - have to be up and out early too, my poodle is having dental work early morning, one gummy pooch coming up...
