Hi is there anyone that could give me some advice please
reguarding fits,
As i own a 8 year old staffordshire bull terrier called phoebe.
two days ago i was visiting a friend with phoebe she was fine for the first
10 mins we were there then she was violently sick she then collapsed to the floor and began
to shake her front paws were paddling and her body was shakeing she had urinated aswell
she was making a whimpering noise, this lasted for about 2 to 3 mins.
After a few moments she got up and she seemed ok but i did telephone my and tell about what had
happened and he told me to bring her out so he could check her out which i did and he told me
that he could see any signs of her haveing a fit.
As he said most dogs that have fits are quiet few a while afterwards. and they are in
abit of a daze for a while. and phoebe seemed to be bright and when my vet offered her a biscuit
she eat it.
So i was wondering if anyone could tell me if they think it could have been a fit that she had
as my vet is not that helpful and i am abit confused to what happened to my baby girl

many thanks any advice welcome....from fran and phoebe
