I think my breeding Puppy sales contacts are way out of date. I know that now you have to make the public aware that there are restrictions and to get them to sigh to prove this.#
I also wish to impose restrictions to stop the new owner frm takening them out of the country, Do's this also have a statement to say that they have been told and agree, are witness needed when these are signed.

Some of you may know that my puppy's are from both the parents being imported and the were well picked to produce the American line and that of stud dogs will be coming over to suit the pedree from the puppies, Do you know if I would be able to write into the agreement that we Have some say in the stud dogs used in the future, if all goes will in other idea's  ie: health temprement.

If anyone has a stanard contractn that would help us

Dont think you can do that. best you can do is get KC paers endorsed so that they cannot be re-registered in another country. One of my puppy owners moved to Germany & although endorsed, one cannot actually prevent them from taking what was formerly your puppy!

why dont you want them to leave the counrty, what if the family that you placed a pup with has to move overseas are you aware of the amount of dogs who a surrended to welfare orgs just purely because the dog cant go with the owner. You having a contract stating they cant take the dog out of the country just adds to this prob. Do you not want them registered in another country because they might breed in another country because if thats the case and you are worried about that before handing the pup over you probably shouldnt home any pups to that person because you obviously dont trust them.

if you dont want them breeding or showing in another country then do as sam say's and endorse but dont make new owners feel that because of a contract if they have to move they will have to surrender or try to rehome the dog. While the contracts arnt binding owners generally feel they want to uphold your rules as they may need you help or advise later and dont want to get you on the wrong side
