Feeling fed up:   I've got up early today (Saturday), dogs have been walked etc etc and I've got out my pot of antique white paint, to paint in the sitting room (estate agents coming round on Monday) before taking Gypsy to the vet to have her stitches out.......but I cannot see where I am sploshing the bally paint!!!   Tried with lights on - lights off - daylight bulbs - but I just cannot see where I've been

So now I have a trayful of paint - and I cannot see where I'm going!

Are you moving?  Aren't you excited?  I am looking forward to when we start getting this house ready to sell.  Won't be until another 18 mnths or so (when son has left school and is old enough to drive).

I've just suggested to someone else that they might have post-Christmas blues, could it be that or is it because of recent events with grandson that's catching up and sinking in?  One thing after such as that and problem with your dogs have a tendency to build on one another don't they? :(

Poor Margot :)

I'm just having a coffee and a consolatory cookie (don't tell anyone, I'm supposed to be eating carefully :D ) as hubby has just taken daughter back to uni :( After having a minimum of 5 of us for the last few weeks, the house seems very quiet. It's nice in some ways, but the next week will seem strange :)

Hope that the painting goes well :) We've been quiet on the house buying front. There hasn't been much before Xmas and because of the weather we don't really fancy rushing backwards and forwards to Norfolk at the moment. Hubby is supposed to be putting in a new bathroom now the kids have gone :)
