When somebody calls worktrain the job centre and a person answers and gives you details about a job,
my question is, what is there job called?
Anyone know, all replies welcome.

Could be Personal Advisor - that's a popular title at Jobcentre Plus at the moment :)  Until the next time it all get's given a makeover and they all get shuffled about :D

Yes i will ring her tomorrow :) she had that job for about 20 years but left about ayear ago due to illness.
