Well, I have just seen the strangest looking dog ever (I think ) I know there are a lot of those designer crosses around, but this one just had me in fits of laughter (after I'd passed the owner) I was in the forest today and their was a GSD in front of me, it turned around and I had the shock of my life.  The back end was pure GSD, but from the middle up, it turned into a Deer hound, it was half smooth haired and then from mid section became wired, the face was an elongated GSD but with wirey hair.  I guessed the combination GSD and Deer hound and the owner told me she had got her from rescue and that there had been 3 others in the litter. i have never in my life seen anything like it. But I have to say she was so lovely and friendly, bot boy did she look strange. :-D

Sounds like one of those dodgy cars where they take the good front of a write-off and weld it to the good back of another write-off. :D

Exactly, you just had to see it to believe it. :-D

Have you heard of Ginny, the dog who rescues cats, in New York City?  She is one strange looking little dog, a rescue herself I believe.  If you do a Google image search for "dog who rescues cats" you can see her photo on the cover of her book.  The book is called "The Blessings of the Animals."  Sorry, I never figured out how to do links to websites.
