Hello, I was wanting advice on getting a puppy. We were looking at West Highland White terriers and American Cocker Spaniels but we were not sure if they are the best for people in our situation.
I live with my boyfriend Gregg in a small house which has an average sized enclosed back Garden. Although we both work full time my dad who is retired is prepared to look after our dog while we are at work but there might be the occasion it will be left for an hour or two alone. We would ideally like a dog that enjoys long walks but is not too boysterous in the house if left for a while. Because our house is not too big we were looking for something that is below knee height.
