Is there a food for dogs that is free from - wheat/maize/corn etc - something that is totally free from additives and is suitable for dogs with a delicate digestion/skin problems. If there is we havent found it and we have been round them all. Why cant someone make a food that is plain, nutritious and free from all additives, bulking agents and the likes?
Rubes

Probably because, without additives such as preservatives, unless frozen it would go bad within days. The only option is to prepare your own.
Hi Rubes,
There several foods on the market which fit this description.
Burns uses Rosemary oil and Vitamin E to preserve their foods with.
James Wellbeloved uses a small amount of salt, which they say is not more than the recommended daily amount for a dog.
Nature Diet vacuum packs foods to seal them and prevent them from going bad.
None of these 3 foods have wheat/maize or corn in them and they contain no additives. There are some flavours of Burns and JWB which have sugar beet in, which could be considered a natural filler - however if you want to avoid these, you can feed one of the other flavours.

Jeangenie there are plenty of pet foods with out the things you mentioned,a few in this country but dozens and dozens in America :)
Rubes have you had a look at Wafcol-salmon and potato ?

Without meaning to cause offence, food available in countries foreign to the poster is immaterial. :)
