Could anyone of you kind souls help? I'm trying to get hold of "Barf Diet" by Ian Billinghurst. I did managed to find it but when I went to order it, it was going to cost me $40 shipping plus I might have to pay customs and excise in this country before I can recieve it. Does anyone know if there's a cheaper and easier way to purchase this book. thanks

Could you let me know if its any good, I might get it myself but it would be nice to see if you think its worth it first as I am getting a bit carried away with internet shopping at the moment.

Okay Martin will do. Not sure though if it'll be here before Christmas but everyone speaks highly of it so I'm sure it will be good.

I'd be interested to know if its any good too. Could you maybe post a quick review once you've had a chance to read it and digest the contents (pardon the pun :rolleyes: :P )
